Re: Mountain Men Figures
So random. Mao looks like he's hitchhiking. And what's up w/ the jorts and leggings?

I like the saucy stance Lenin's sporting.

Re: Mountain Men Figures
These are maybe 1/20 scale? They would be killer hanging around some SF3D models.

Re: Mountain Men Figures
I saw this a few weeks ago. I thought they were very cool but expensive. I wasn't even sure if they were resin or plastic or what. I didn't know it was Thoreau, I think I had thought he was Lincoln. I actually admire Thoreau, so ahead of his time and very current just now. My favorite of the lot (as toys) is Mao, I just love the stance and the finger up, just waiting for a ride.

Wow. Those are strange on a few levels. I like the flesh material for the face and boots but not for the arms or legs. I gotta get me a pair of those face-skin boots.

Re: Mountain Men Figures
I too am loving these guys. But that is a pretty hefty price tag. I can't help but wonder if the artist for MR is off either laughing to himself or thoroughly discouraged with the public at the irony of this.

Hahaha. "Thumbs up to mass starvation!" Pretty kooky but I get a Kozik vibe (from content, not execution, that's not a jab or anything either.) zapatoloco wrote: Lovely dudes ! but alittle steep (!) at 145£ for the set...

Re: Mountain Men Figures
The sculpting is great on these.
They need to release an army men green set.
