 Moguru Kun Spotted this photo in the July issue of Ollie Magazine. Looks like a prototype. Skull Kun from the Black Lagoon?!

There is an accompanying T shirt where it is bright green. I think the figure pictured is a prototype, but as I have really blown up the pic it doesn;t reflect the colour that well. There is another Skull Kun in the mag too, buut only pictured on a T (vs a 3d figure). In that T Mr Skull is wearing a sumbrero hat. Its a collab with a brand called Interface. It would make a ripper figure actually.

Just looked up "moguru". It seems to mean "to swim underwater". Perhpas someone can give a less awkward translation?

It looks like BxH's version of a Kappa - a water imp from japanese yokai folklore:
I wonder if it has a shell on it's back? If BxH starts making Yokai-Kuns, I'm gonna be fucking broke!

Zomboid - that is an amazing bit of info; cheers! The hair detail certainly suggest it is a Kappa based on the pictures you posted. I will get our next door neighbour to translate the accompanying text tomorrow (she's Japanese).
