From what I understand it's from Dream Rocket -- Google translated the text description as "mysterious patience animal encircling position series large eye sense power one [tsu] eye" which is good enough for me 
20 cm tall
I think it's a preorder, although the button on the page isn't doing anything. I'd love to find out how much that bad boy is!

This Monster appeared in the episode 7 and 8 of "kamen-no Ninjya Akakage"
