Found the answer to my own question. The answer is: "yes."

I don't have a link (altho quite a few are on SB's website in the gallery section, and S7's SB article issue), but I do have a complete set of Phantom 8 man suits which I plan to photgraph en masse sometime soon. JohnnyHotrod's swift action on the mythical SWAT suit completed my collection recently.

Thanks! I will check out the galleries (I was at the site but didn't find my way correctly, apparently).
Looking forward with anticipation to your pics!

Can anybody help me with information about this suit?
And how about the all silver (chrome) suit?
I didn't see the chrome on the website; and the yellow one pictured above doesn't really match any there either (the "rib cage" area is different on the one pictured here because it doesn't have the silver stripes...)
Do all suits come with extra heads? Or just some?

The chrome was a WCC release, not sure which one. Came in a square transparent box, with (extra) inner head. The ads all showed this figure with a cool silver gray jump suit, which sadly it didn't come with. One reason why Isaac and I were so intent on finding out if the recent Cocobat Joe sty;le relaeses included the shorts (which they did!).
The yellow guy was a regular release. The inner heads are bought separately, there is a different one for each release. I have mine all mixed up so have lost track of which came with which suit. The yellow look KILLER on a red Waldar body.
I kind of wish that you could take photos of mine, or that guy Cae could, then you could really do them justice.

As long as we're talking about these...Muton--what is the difference between the two new Cocobat suits that were released? Also, are the shorts included in the bag with the other suit parts? It looked like in some of the auctions that there was a Cocobat shirt for the figures as well?

Shorts were included in packs. The colors are slightly different, one for fan club, one for regular `release - I have to photo thse to show the differences. There was a tee available, and damn me if I didn't pick one up! For some reason, $10 for a 1/6 scale tee seemd weird, but I wish I'd got it now.

Cool thanks Muton...def would like a pick of the two to see the differences although it sounds pretty minor. I got outbid on one of the suits I think three times...now they're nowhere to be had.

Thanks for the info!
I am assuming that if a suit doesn't have an inner head, you can still use the suit with just the outer head???? Like over the head "stump" thingy on an obitsu body?
(Newb question.)

I use with out the inner heads on Henshin bodies. Over the "brain" they just balance, but over the clear head they slot. The inner heads would get paint rubs if I put the outer head over em, so I'm careful.
