Yes and no. The Chaos, Evil and Mutant Head do - head and arms. The Bigaro is a little different. The eye/chest/caped section actually slips over the body of the figure like a sleeve. The arms are articulated at the shoulders.

I love the little things on the sides of the Mutant Evils mouth!!!!!!!! I never noticed them until I got the Clear Purple because they are painted Gold and they stood out!!!!!!!
