are these guys the same size as the mini-invaders?
also, do they stand up?
i think they are very cool, but i already have enough things falling over...

Odds on they fall over - the only ones that stand are the Charactics mini invaders/walders. All this style are inherently keen on laying down.
Heat on the legs works a treat.
Not sure size on these. Haven't seen a comparison shot, but would say they would be similar to the Smoking Corps more than the Mini Invaders.

i have both sets of the takara mini-invaders and most of the smoking corps. i'm SOL (errrm "shit out of luck" if you guys don't use that expression down under) on getting any of them to stand, but love them anyway.
