 Who is this?? Please help me identify this guy...who made him and when.
I scored him not too long ago, but I cannot find any info on the web.
to me the header looks pretty old...Spectreman???

you are correct. that is Baronsaurus.
most of those Matsudaya Spectreman toys are only from a few years ago I believe. early 2000s?
