 new VCD Astroboy
this is the new vcd astroboy. i am a bigfan but not feelin it this one.

I think Medicom released a Mickey Mouse VCD with a similar style. I'm not a fan of it either.

yup, its designed by playset products who do those modern pets things. I like it. They did a whole set of tezuka characters and I think made small toys of then. I'd kill for a phoenix vinyl!

that playset/modern toys dude is everywhere lately - last year he released versions of Disney characters, Marvel characters, and the Tezuka series. He also did an exhibition paying homage to Space invaders
The Tezuka series had goods sold at Comme Ca fashion stores here, plus gumball machine toys and even smaller ones sold with soft drinks.
That Evirob custom is by T9G (who does alot of Touma's sculpts) it was from the killer Evirob show from last year that I wish I had more pics of. I picked up the Mad Barbs customfrom the same show. Meary if you have more pics from that show please share!
