I bought one at SDCC and am not curious to see if this was part of a series with other monsters or a one off thing.

can't find much info about it online though

nice pick up skyler . wish i could help . i do search on ebay for monster(s) sometimes and i do see toys made by arco but i dont remember seeing that one . if i come accoss anything i will let you know . i will also ask my friend who is into universal monsters to see if he knows .

yeah, usually when you search for Arco you just get results for The Other World, that series of AD&D knockoff fantasy figures they did (which are actually really awesome)

I asked a monster collecting buddy of mine and he had this to say:

"Yeah, you used to see this thing in Toys R Us all the time back in the 80's and 90's. It was still hanging around on the shelves even after the Imperial Godzilla's were all gone. I have fond memories of it, I always thought it was very cool. Great packaging.They did not do any other monsters, just this one. It's very cheaply made and as far as I'm concerned very common and not really worth more than $5 or $10."
