it looks like an M1 - i sold all my godzilla stuff years ago and since then haven't kept up with the bizzillion permutations people like Marmit, Bandai and M1 make.

These shouldn't be hard to find on ebay or YJA. And if you want to know how many color variations were made - check Club Tokyo, hit "figures" then "M1" - then start searching through the 137 or so godzilla figures they've released. the site will then give you photos of most, if not all, the variations made.

Good luck.

Well, the first thing I can tell you is, it's definately not vintage.

Definately not M1-GO, looks like a Marmit sculpt. I'd guess it's a Kiryu-Goji, and most likely a show exclusive or from a lucky bag or lottery.

Definately not vintage - it's the orange show exclusive Marmit Kiryu Godzilla released in 2004. The sculpt reflects the suit used in the 2003 film "Godzilla, Mothra, Mechagodzilla: Tokyo S.O.S". In the pic, you can barely make out the scar on the chest which was inflicted in the 2002 film.

It's not, it's Marmit.

YJA listings like e-Bay listings contain keywords to attract more views. There's tons of stuff listed under M-1 that's not made by them.
