Re: Can someone ID this vinyl?
This letter is a suicide note written by an adult not a child. To his parents that never got to the parents . This is bad juju !!!! for japanese people this is super bad luck , especially a doll that a spirit can live in. Sorry to say but you better give the doll for them to prey and burn it.

Re: Can someone ID this vinyl?
Maybe the note was just saying "please forgive me..." as in maybe "I forgot to take out the garbage?" and the goodbye part is maybe his way of saying "well I'm off back to college..."

Re: Can someone ID this vinyl?
Spooky coincidence that this fiendish new post with the mysterious note gets posted 11 ghoulish days before Halloween after the thread has been devilishly dormant for a creepy two years.

Re: Can someone ID this vinyl?
From a website called 'Project Reveal' on Haunted Toys... “Most haunted toys cause no harm other than spooking people by moving around, moving objects or making noises, but a few are without a doubt malevolent, like Robert [the haunted doll],” Shaw said. “If you have a haunted toy I’d suggest you get rid of it. Haunted toys might sound like fun and a bit of excitement, but sometimes they can be a nightmare.” http://www.project-reveal.com/#/are-your-toys-haunted/4533467867Happy Halloween Joe...enjoy your new toy!

Aw man...thanks. I've contacted the Tsubaki Grand Shrine but have yet to hear back from them.

Re: Can someone ID this vinyl?
That is too frickin cool. A history like this adds so much to the toy.
"Father and Mother, please forgive me. And now, goodbye. December 3rd."
There are so many ways to interpret this. Maybe he just left home. Maybe he committed seppuku. Maybe he offed his parents. Who knows?
It'd be wild if you can track down the parents of the owner (unless he hacked them up, of course). Its like one of those stories about a soldier's letter getting lost for 50 years and finally being delivered to his loved one.

If anyone has some haunted toys they need to rid themselves of, I'll take them for a small fee. Gogas and He-Man figues expecially.

Re: Can someone ID this vinyl?
Hahaha...I was gonna write the same thing! Yeah, if anyone has legitimately haunted toys, LEMME KNOW! I love this shit! I'm about as atheistic as a fucking rock, but how can you NOT love the mystery and intrigue!? In fact, I wish more sellers would advertise their items as being haunted (only IF they *actually* believe they're haunted, of course). Bitchin. You're one lucky bastard, Joey.

Re: Can someone ID this vinyl?
This is some of the craziest shit I have ever heard of. And with the recent discussion once again, I thought this thread could do with a bit of revival. I would be really interested to know if you had any follow-up stories to tell, Joe.
