Rubber or vinyl I love this guy Brings back many childhood memories (all those old school mac character give aways... I think I still have a Grimace corn cob truck and a Grimace purple felt tip somewhere).

I've got the Hamburgler, I'd love to get all of them and the McDonaldland playset sometime.

The Grimace who Stole Christmas!
I found a carded Remco Grimace here in the city at Forbidden Planet last year for 10 bucks...they had made a pricing mistake. Amazing condition, and a toy I've had on display ever since...
Remco made some cool stuff...

Ahhh, Grimace. The first and last honest fast food shill. Cause and effect in one bloated felt beastie! Miss him. Mayor Mc L.L. Cool J is hard as hell.

 Re: 1976 remco mc donald's
the remco mcdonalds line is definitely awesome. remco even released a mcdonaldland playset, which is pretty awesome, even though majority of it is cardboard & cheap birthday party table cloth style plastic...
