Re: tiger 7 pickup
Grace, if you have both a yellow head and an orange head, could you please post a side-by-side shot so I could see the difference? Thanks!

Re: tiger 7 pickup
Nevermind the side-by-side, we need to be 'Graced' by a shot of the entire family! (*but yeah, comparison shots would be lovely Grace, once the appointed time comes around).

Re: tiger 7 pickup
Mark, there is virtually no difference at all. The bodies are exactly the same. The yellow head looks almost like the orange, but just a very very subtle color difference. The pupils seems smaller in the yellow. Not sure if it's just for that particular figure in the photo below, but I can confirm it when I unpack the other yellow . It's hard to see the color difference in a photo, but much more apparent when you are holding them. I was lucky enough to pick up a Yellow Tiger recently, and from the auction photo, he looked like the orange version. Imagine my surprise when he arrived and turned out to be the coveted Yellow! Found an old photo--the YELLOW Tiger is in the middle Closeup of the top of the heads The other Yellow I just adopted (this is the auction photo)-will post a better photo after Easter Does anyone have any info on why the orange version seems to be more "abundant" (and I use that term relatively! they're getting harder to find! ) than the yellows? Were the yellows produced later and then for a limited time? Or is it mere coincidence, that both versions were produced in equal numbers, but just the oranges seem to pop up at auctions? And were both colors made and released at the same time, or did one come before the other? Steve, yes! I will definitely pose a Tiger family photo--after Easter, I can play with my toys and photograph them! P.S. Thank you Jim for posting the photo of the T7 in his cocoon with the gloves packaged like that (interesting to see!), as well as the photo for the beautiful card! It's amazing that the photos survived after SEVEN years from the original post. Yep! I did save them for myself as an archive. Really love those photos! P.P.S. I wish Gilly's photos had survived. It would have been nifty to see those too! P.P.P.S. The 1st Yellow head in the top photo, was adopted from none other than the Super 7 store (thank you Brian, Josh, and Joe )! I think it was one summer that they had FOUR of them in the shop. I should've bitten the bullet and adopted them all

Re: tiger 7 pickup
humm..... that's funny! I'm suddenly on a toy sabbatical myself! p.s. funny you should mention that! Some of my friends accuse me of being a germaphobe (not really true, but only applies if I have access to soap and water after getting messy). And I agree, not sure why the extra pair of gloves there, but it's the icing on the cake!

Re: tiger 7 pickup
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!! So that's why! Thank you for the explanation! ...although, it seems cumbersome to switch gloves to access a certain special power. What if a villian appears, do you say, excuse me, I need to find the right gloves to fight you, can you please wait a moment, while I check my bag? Better yet would be to have just one pair of gloves that does it all!

Re: tiger 7 pickup
Two recent Tiger auctions: Ended on 7/1/14, price was 49750 yen, for both Tiger and Blue Kamen Rider Another Tiger 7 with GLOVES!!! Ended on 7/ 8/14, price was a whopping 134999 yen. Considerably MORE than the last Tiger with gloves, which sold at the end of April, just a few months ago!

Ended 7/17/14 at 25000 JPY. Not bad, considering the latest prices!

Re: tiger 7 pickup
The highest bid on that Tiger 7 was actually 20,000 JPY. 25,000 JPY was the reserve which was not met. This was the second listing for this guy where the reserve was not met. The first reserve was much higher. Maybe the third time will be the charm.

Re: tiger 7 pickup
Yeah he's fishing for a high bid. I saw him list it before as well. Probably list it with too low or BIN and Mandarake will scoop it up though lol. I wish one would just pop on ebay already.
