Post DINOS! DINOS DINOS!
After purchasing my first vintage Takoda/ Peach dino I came across the Butanohana dino figures. I love the size of these guys, about 5 inches, great paint, pretty substantial thick vinyl and the whole retro feel they exude. These minis seem to be homages to some of the Takoda / Peach vinyls I've seen in some of Jim's posts, particularly the Dino bird, the one that looks like the one from "Mysterious Island".
I opened a few after I took the pics and my son and I were smiling ear to ear over the great look and qualty of these fellas. Please share pics of your Dino figures guys, I'd love to see them!

I should be receiving the Butanohana's next week so I'll post pics and start thread then.
The interesting thing is that the Butanohana minis reminded me of these Takodas, at least some of them did. It certainly looks like Butanohana was maybe paying a little homage to them. I'm hoping you can make some comparisons to your peach/takoda collection Jim once I get pics up, and blow my mind seeing more of your vintage pieces.

I'm just starting to appreciate the Butanohana dinosaurs myself - but they are proving hard to find. do you mind providing some "tips" on where to get 'em?

There was one colorway of one of the dinos listed that was sold out. I purchased all the onees that were available at the time but there may have been others. There was a caveman set released but I don't know when or if other dino colorways exsisted prior to the ones I received.

I'll have to try to get more info.
