That's a GREAT book, it's called Sofubi Holocaust and has tons of obscure robot and kaiju characters you never knew were realized in vinyl.
Unfortunately that price sucks. I got it at Mandarake last month for 800 yen, half the original cover price of 1600 yen. The ISBN is 4-415-09321-3 if you want to try searching for it elsewhere.

Thanks for the ISBN number! I have a number of large Japanese bookstores within a few blocks of my office in Manhattan and I should be able to order this thru them for the cover price
