Yes, His name is Calimero and he's from a cartoon show which dates back to the 1960s I believe. They used to show it on TV here in Australia.

spacemonkey, always wondered what the vintage scene was like down under . was there a lot of japanese shows there ? did you guys get japanese toys like hawaii did in the states ?
