It's not by Marusan, it's an M1GO Kemurujin.

Thanks, there are several parallel lines under the feet. So is that the mark of old M1 ? I saw many old garamon had such pattern as well.

I didn't know that the Kemurujin had those parallel lines. It's probably a nod to the original Marusan kaiju, which had those lines as "treads" to keep them from sliding around on shelves. Eventually they realized that didn't do any good so they ditched the treads.
If there is an M1GO logo on the feet, it'll just be block type "M1号" or the same thing in a small circle (which is supposed to be reminiscent of the original Marusan logo).
Incidentally, the Kemurujin is M1GO's first figure, going way back to 1991.

Hm, this one have no cicle M1 mark in the inner side of the foot. So I think this is the marusan.

This is an original M1 sculpt.
I have the glow version and there is no M1 logo on the foot. Just the Japanese characters for Tsuburaya Pro and then Japan right under that.
