Re: ID: Strange Godzilla and Gigan vinyls They look like cheap hard rubber/vinyl bootlegs made in China. I've had a few of those over the years, in different colors. Although they shouldn't sell for more than $10 to $15.00 - they can be surprisingly difficult to find when you're looking for them.

Re: ID: Strange Godzilla and Gigan vinyls As part of the US promotion for the film "Godzilla 1985", Godzilla toys were licensed and © by Toho for manufacture by Imperial Toy Corp. of LA in 1985. Most were made in Hong Kong and if they do not have the Imperial crown logo and name on them (bottom of the feet on the Godzilla) then they would be boots.
