Post Tiger 7 question.
Looking at trading for this piece but was wondering about the eyes. Was not sure if they had been repainted or if this is just how it came. My tiger 7 figure did not have sloppy application like this that is why I was wondering. Thanks to anyone that can shed some light on this.

i'm betting that's how they were originally. smaller vintage figures like that are always a mixed bag in regard to paint application
