not a whole lot of info on this show, but i do believe it didnt last very long. not many figures were made from the show, with only three standard size and three minis and a talker. someone can correct me if im wrong, but i think yonezawa made all of them. the vinyl in the middle is a bootleg, and seems to be easier than the real thing to find. found the bizzare looking alien figure in osaka while shopping with my friends erik and mike. funny how people say that its so much cheaper to buy online than in a shop, but that day, it was priced lower than i had ever seen before. the fly looking dude was always on my rader but never to be seen. i had the luck of all things finding it MIB on ebay, and at a very good price. always reminded me of vincent price in the movie the fly.

those are so great. ive taken a few stabs at the removeable mask bootleg and the talker, and always missed out, even though they were markered like crazy.
i have one mid size, not sure if its a bootleg or not, it doesnt seem to have any markings on it.

The guy on the left is really great. He vaguely resembles some other character but I can't quite pinpoint it.

Great photos, Jim. Thanks for sharing!
The two villains are some of my favorite characters. As far as I know, both by Yonezawa.
This is my kind of thread.
Cheers,
Mike

For Flying Attach Human, it is one of my pet shows that very few people care about. There is a 13" Talking vinyl (rare), the 12" removable mask kaiju pair (pictured above) and the matching 12" hero figure (which is extremely rare). The 12" bootleg with the clear mask is a neat replacement. There is a 13" Train station style bootleg in white plastic, there is a 6" bootleg as well. The 5" Flying Attack Human comes in white and red vinyl versions, with the red version being a lot tougher to find. On the 5" kaiju pair, there are some subtle paint variations in the kaiju, but they are not significant enough for people to care, just shifts in blue and gold, nothing serious.

Is there only one version of the fly or a mini as well? (or other boot versions too?)

『突撃! ヒューマン!!』 (Totsugeki! Hyuman!!) or FULL CHARGE! HYUMAN!! was a filmed live action show from 1972, that was presented on stage (with a live audience) and ran for 13 episodes. The characters were designed by Tohru Narita, who designed Ultraman, Ultra Seven, and the early Ultra Monsters, and produced by his own company, Mo Buru (モ・ブル). The series starred the late Yusuke Natsu (SPACE IRONMEN: KYODYNE and MOBILE INVESTIGATION: FRONTLINE). There was both a white and a red Hyuman in the show.

The kaiju are available both in the 12" and 5" size.

Y'know it would be really great if there were a web video site with all the old series; film, animation, video. To widen the audience appeal it could be combined with other old series that weren't Japanese. Wonder what kind of jam it would take to make that happen?
Any way... great info and pics of a show and toys that I hadn't seen before, you guys are great, keep 'em coming!

thanks august, never thought it was a stage show. interesting that there was a toy line for it givin the fact that the number of people that seen it would be quite small. oh, maybe you mean it was a stage show that was filmed and put on tv.

You're welcome! Yes, it was a television show, running 7:30-8:00 pm from 10/7/1972-12/30/1972, but shot on stage in front of a live audience at NTV (or Nippon Television). There was recently an announcement that the 13-episode series is being prepped for a DVD release.
Here's the theme FULL CHARGE! HYUMAN theme song:

i checked, mine is the same one with the writing on the foot, must have been thinking of a different figure. the mini plant man is one of three small lion maru villains. the other two are an orange flying squirrel swirly guy, and a blue spiky guy.
this rad dude just showed up today -
