M1 1974 Goji... awwww.

^ That exact version of that toy is in constant contention for first place in my home. I think he probably wins overall, actually. Best Megaro, for sure.
ooBoogie Boys at the Dance Off. Who shall rule?

Of the gojis I own, the m1 1974 has to be my favorite, wish I owned more!

^Thanks. This red version is so hard to find. Took me a long time.

Congratulations, Kurumonz.
You definitely don't see articulated arms like that often.
But those eyes! Are they glass?
Very nice.

^Thanks!
Those are just regular painted eyes. It caught some reflection from the table lamp.
Love this pretty godzilla sculpt. He just has this million dollar expression on his face.

Heh, love this Goji!

That is a great one Rei. The VP figures are so underestimated/appreciated. I know it is an early Marmit line, but I still love the crudeness and character of these sculpts, and prefer them to the stylised 'quality' new stuff, haha. That particular fanged Goji (*only the black version) was the very first modern take on Godzilla I picked up way back when, part of what got my hooked back into the whole monster hobby. Maybe that means I should hate him for the addiction he helped spawn.

Agreed! These guys have so much personality, I'm always in love. And Marmit Gojis are awesome in general!

I love the Marmit VP line as well, the rough-hewn looks are so reminiscent of the early films. And the King-Goji G'62 sculpt would have to be my favorite.

Nice group of Goji's!
That blue King Goji it's a beauty.

Son of a...! This is truly
the one that got away. Back in 09/10 I got my blue SofviLife from redhanded and immediately regretted not choosing red instead. I'm fairly certain that he only held it relentlessly afterward, unwilling to sell, just to spite me - knowing how much I wanted it. Maybe one day.

Well, true, red is certainly a mighty pretty fellow, but honestly either version of this great Godzilla is to be envied I think. Still such a truly great Goji sculpt. You are not alone in admiring him, but take comfort in being smart enough to grab one from redhanded when you had the chance. Honestly excellent toys all.
