First of all, you can edit your post if you need to amend something, whenever someone has not posted after it.

That character is called Cyclonger V. He was made by Hikari Toy as an 'original' character, but you can obviously see a lot of influences from Greenman and other characters. Here is a packaged pic borrowed from Scott's flickr:

I think there was some connection with this company to Marusan/Bullmark, as has been suggested here (where you can see others in the series) as well as noting that some of the accessories like the missiles, are the same as used in Bullmark toys.

Edit: these are sometime misidentified (including by me) as being from Victory Toys.

There are 8 in the collection. I found them in grandmothers closet after she died. They fascinate me! I think I got the names right on the others...?

Yeah, you mentioned that the last time. They are quite nice figures, and a great find to stumble upon. Nothing super rare or anything, but still toys that a lot of us 'vintage' guys appreciate. The 70s tokusatsu stuff has such a diverse range of excellent characters.

That being said, if you are really interested in them, and the stories that come with them, I suggest doing some reading in the vintage sub-forum. There is tons of information on other great toys there too, and you might find some like-minded folks if you want to get into this hobby.

Yeah you could collect the other rainbow men and the Original heros, they are excellent together.. the large Kikaider you have is not Bandai but Takatoku.

The name of the company is "Hikari Toy" not "Victory Toy". It was initially mistranslated in the old thread, and someone corrected it further down.

Thanks for the correction, akum6n. My apologies for the mistake. I think I have read Victory Toy a few times elsewhere as well, but truthfully it kind of struck me as odd, and Hikari makes much more sense. I appreciate the clarification; this is why I still come back here.
