im not sure how s7 is but i work for a small business and we do happen to do enough shipping that we have a daily UPS pickup but if the guy who does our shipping isn't there then typically stuff gets delayed by a couple days. And also for a small business typically a shipping type job isn't a full time job so maybe they just have someone come in a couple times a week to handle all that? Just speculating. Place your orders on Mondays 8) perhaps.

S7 just doesn't have as many hands as we think. For such a great company, retailer and resource, they do the best they can with what they've got. I, personally, have been waiting a little while for my Halloween box. I'm not sweating it anymore (I actually thought it might have gotten stolen or lost along the way) since Josh let me know what's up.

Patience is a virtue that this whole hobby makes you appreciate.

Saint,
Sorry for making you wait all the time. As of shipping, we are trying our best to get them out. But basically we have so little hands. We try our best everyday to send out as many as we can, but having to promote, web site, shows, blogs, magazines, photos, sales and the list goes on, it is kinda hard. Again, I'm sorry for the delay, not only to Saint but to everyone.

Hiro

4-5 days for shipping is a cakewalk. Try waiting 3 weeks for a package and you'll be licking S7 employees boots. Besides, Netflix got sued for their deliberate delays in shipping. Fuckers.

hey guys,

just to clear up any confusion - Super7 is actually a pretty small team. there are officially seven people who work here. these super seven people (har!) collectively address twice as many job roles. To put it simply, there are a lot more of you, and a lot more toys and events, than there are folks who work here. That means the seven people who work here (which, is really more like five, as brian is always busy with a zillion amazing projects, and wilson sticks pretty much to the accounting) are always busy juggling more jobs than they have hands for. i think we do a pretty good job of balancing all of this, but when something happens that requires attention in one area, other things have to be set aside for a bit, which can lead to delays. If shipping gets held up, it just means that everyone is working hard on something big and exciting for all of you!

i apologize for the delay in shipping that sometimes occurs. if you ever have any concerns about where your packages are, status of orders, etc, or any other concerns, feel free to drop me a line, and ill get right back to you.

thanks!
josh.

I have ordered many items (as most of you all have) from Super7 and have always received the most amazing service, shipping or otherwise. I figure whenever I get my shipment is fine with me and if they need to hold off on shipping due to other events, toy releases, updates, etc... Its all good with me cause in the end they are always 1000% on top of it!

Of all the companies I have pruchased from, Super7 is heads above the rest!

Be patient and all your items will show up!

when i would mail order records from the pages of Maximum RocknRoll in the late 80s/early 90s I would wait ages for records to show up. Revelation Records were the Pickle Works of labels. I think I waited 11 months once and they shipped me the wrong record, it was the Burn 7" on pink so I just kept it.
