Post Hard to find toys
Hello, I'm new to the board and sort of new to Kaiju, too.
I'm a long-time Godzilla and Giant Robot collector, but Super7 type stuff is new to me.
Recently, a friend of mine brought some Kaiju back from Japan and two pieces really caught my eye. I think they were called Grus. He had a clear and a GID one, they were amazing.
I haven't seen them anywhere, no one I have talked to knows what they are. I think that there were companion Kaiju made for them called Prodon, too, but they aren't as cool.
I've Googled them, looked on eBay and checked the few Kaiju websites - no one has them. Kaiju-Taro has a sold out listing, but that's it.

If anyone knows where I can find them, please let me know. I would be very, very grateful.

Sorry if this post is in the wrong place. :?

1. Welcome to the boards. Please post photos of what you collect so that you can be judged appropriately. (kidding- but I do want to see your stuff, especially the big robots)

2. You should probably post a thread in the Wants area for this kind of stuff.

3. Grus and Prodon are made by TTToy (website: http://tttoy.michikusa.jp/tttoy.html). There are some still available on the website (but you will need to purchase through a middleman service); if not, check Grumble Toy (http://www.grumbletoy.com/store). They are the only store that I know of that stocks TTToy stuff in North America.

You might be one of a handful of Grus fans. I wanted a couple but lost out in a trade :(. Akum9n left some good links to start off with if you like the TTToys stuff. I think they're stuff might be too clean for most folks, but I like them.
Yes, please post pics of Giant Robots!!

Actually Grus turn up here in the for sale section from time to time and they're usually pretty cheap so keep your eyes peeled and welcome
