I think... And Kirby correct me if I'm wrong, all toy shows are first come first serve. Including exclusives and gallery pieces.

For TK and TKII it was online sales first for the HP's. The exclusive figures were line 1st. I was hoping ALL would be in-line 1st for the Garg show.

I'm leaning toward "attendees first" for both exclusives and HPs, but I won't know for certain until I know what we've got to work with.

So is anyone planning on actually getting in line overnight in the cold or what? I'm not saying I am, I'm just asking to see who is/will/claims they will/might/whatever.

Someone will do it. THey should come out at like 6 and give out numbers so those people can leave and get warm! I'll be there I dunno what time, probably early in the morning too although I don't even know if I'm buying anything?

how early I show up depends on one thing... does the new store have a stoop to get out of the wind if you happen to be 1st in line???if so I'll bring the bottle and whomever else is crazy enough can bring the hot cocoa

there are stoops at both of their entrances, but the wind will cut you to shreds anyway! hopefully kirby will give us a heads up on how he wants to handle the delicate balance of vocal locals vs online fanatics

I am definitely showing up, just don't know what time yet.... Depends on if I'll have a job by then (fingers crossed ). But I am hoping to score a certain HP figure... Soooo.... Hopefully I'll have the entire day free to be able to go in the morning!

okay, okay... someone needs to clear this up for me: are we getting there
in the morning and waiting for the store to open, or are we getting there
later and waiting for the reception? (i think i've answered my own question,

i've run into a slight technical difficulty with this plan: my office xmas party
is also on the 10th, so i need to be at english in the north loop around noon.
(we ALWAYS skip the breakfast, so i can pull an early shift no problem.) then
there is copious amounts of drinking, and i usually end up in some taxi cab
from hell on my way to richard's or small bar, or some equally reputable
establishment. needless to say, i'm pretty much useless by 6... fun as hell,
but useless.

For toy Karma 2, we hung out in the morning, then Kirby came out and handed out numbers so that we didn't have to hang out all day for the exclusives.

If there are no exclusives then I think it's kind of a as you go to the gallery at the line or something? I don't know if Kirby has the details.

There are exclusives...details will be announced towards the end of this week, probably Friday.

As for line numbers, availability of exclusives and exhibit pieces etc....I'm working out the details right now.

We'll post info on our website about all of the above, probably about the same time we announce the exclusives.
