 Canadian Metal legends ANVIL at Livewire Lounge - May 9th Howdy all Chi-Town lurkers, Just wanted to give you a heads up that Anvil will be playing at Livewire Lounge May 9th with support from WRATH and my band CRUSADER. Livewire isn't too big, so I expect this to fill up pretty quick, if not sell out. Anvil is classic, and anyone who hasn't heard of them, or hasn't yet seen the documentary on the band, should definitely check it out. Seriously some original heavy metal foundations, and just the story of these two dudes from Toronto keeping it true and rocking it after all these years, success or not, is something. It really is all about the music - something you are hard pressed to find in artists these days.
