If firecrackers and small fireworks like "groundflowers" will do, I would never ever recommend walking around Chinatown and looking for youngish/thugish looking dudes hanging out and saying things like "firecrackers" when you walk by them, because that would be aiding and abetting.

There are some places in Nevada that still sell them. At least I think they still do. Been a while. Trailers on the side of the road that have pretty good selections... Just take a short trip and fill up. The Indian casinos in Nevada also sold them. Again, it has been a while so I'm not 100%.

Lastly, road trips into States that do sell them, depending on your desire can quench your thirst. I remember circus tents on the side of the road(s) in TN selling crazy-ass shit I had never seen before.

Last, but not least just make your own if you can't find em! I think you can find various instructions online right next to the homemade Meth and X recipes... Be careful though... Big Brother is watching and taking names : )
