BASK Trade Fest 2012! Sat 1/7 11AM

Sorry that Jan and I had to leave so soon, too. We had to run home and put our zombie makeup on. I'm pretty sure we're going to be on at the end of each of the next three Creepy Kofy Movie shows (not including tonight's show).

did these mini us toys sitting kanegons change hands? their poor bottoms must be chapped from sitting on the cold concrete all day.

I loved the paint job on this Bop Dragon.

Bummed I couldn't make it out this morning; just wasn't in the cards. Looks like some good stuff was brought. Love the mika and the zag.

Tradefest was awesome. Although there weren't that many actual trades, it was great to see everyone and hang out in Japantown.

It was great seeing everyone again! Even if most of you didn't recognize me on account of the handle bar mustache . Thanks to Aaron and JoeBunny for the generous trades. I hope we can all get together again real soon.

I actually said to someone "I wonder if Jeremy will turn up" and was told "he's right behind you" LOL. The mustache actually threw me for a loop. It's always great seeing kids at the 'fests ... the LOKASH boys looked totally fascinated by the monsters and from the way Otto was throwing that M1go egg I suspect a future baseball player or culinary artist.

I was blown away by computerhair's Bop Dragon custom and DIY tentacle monster ... they were amazing. Such a talent pool among the collectors.

Jeff was suppose to come in his gothic lolita outfit...although I think it might have helped the ugly factor too much. Be glad he didn't.
