Re: My Friend the Micronaut!
Going to try and make it over this weekend. I wish I had my act together, I did this guy last September, and a few of him would have been perfect (or not, probably not):

Stopped by today, kicking myself for missing the glyos stuff. Your items, and Ben's contributions were incredible, I wish I could afford some.

Re: My Friend the Micronaut!
Thanks! Yeah, the Glyos stuff was an amazing throw-back to the times when Matt Doughty used to yank out all the control rods and go full nuclear meltdown on a big pile of bits! As for my stuff, the production figures should be coming in the near future (~a month?)...and they'll be a HELL of a lot cheaper! Oops...and that reminds me...I should post pics of the latest painted prototype on my instagram...

Re: My Friend the Micronaut!
Awesome! But I would say that, because I want you to let me put some pieces in the next show.

Re: My Friend the Micronaut!
Haha...no worries! Talk to Microbry or Bwana. I'm sure they haven't begun planning for next year's show, but I have no doubt it'll be announced WAY early on the Micro facebook group!

Re: My Friend the Micronaut!
I should have chimed in here earlier, but thanks for sharing the link, Sanjeev! It was a real honor and treat to have your work featured at the show. I'm looking forward to what you create next! While the gallery show ended with August, the shop has been still open for an additional two months and will be closing sales after Halloween. More info at the latest update on the Tumblr page: http://myfriendthemicro.tumblr.com/Bwana and I have been talking a bit about the next show. If we go forward with it, we're probably going to do it in September, this first one was a bit too close to SDCC and this led to some schedule conflicts and other issues this year. I'm certainly interested in hearing from anyone wanting in early as possible. We probably will be limiting the next show to a smaller number of artists and creators, to give better focus this time and to make things a bit easier to manage. I will update on the Tumblr page once we get that hammered out more. But feel free to contact me through the Tumblr page or my username here at gmail.com And yes, subscribing to the MicroFans Facebook page will help keep you up to date, too. https://www.facebook.com/groups/MicroFans

Re: My Friend the Micronaut!
So many of these works have me drooling. What an impressive and eclectic group of Micronauts tributes. I can't see many of these hanging around too long. Hell, I'd take them all! Great Work, guys!

Re: My Friend the Micronaut!
It IS kind of a dazzling array, huh??
The number of contributors is kinda mind-boggling. It's just so cool to know so many folks have been influenced so deeply by Micronauts, or other Takara SF Land stuff in general.
