3-hole MFV Mazinger Z vinyl

I've seen the 2-hole missile firing vinyl Maz Z before (pretty common), but not this. This sculpt and style look familiar (perhaps similar to the Masudaya talkers, at least because of the rivets), but I've never seen this before. Anyone know the maker?

Yup, it is Bandai also. Great toy. It has wacky arms under the removable fists.
