New Gold Lightan by Hung Hing toys

So I contacted the manufacturer about getting these... and they have agreed to ship them at wholesale!
Yay!
I think this is the largest Gold Lightan that has been produced to date.
It's 21cm tall!

If anyone is trying to get these at cost, let me know. I really want one of these things.
I'm hoping to drive the cost of these down if enough people order them, and hopefully shipping can be combined a bit.

Instead of "New Gold Lightan...", shouldn't it be "New run of Old Gold Lightan"? I mean, I assume these are a reissue of the original Hung Hing piece talked about on TBDX back in '04.

diceone, can you confirm that this is a straight reissue of their original "jumbo" toy? Also, Hung Hing put out a mini (4") version in different finishes--smooth silver, smooth gold, and I think a textured (pyramid surface) version. Do you know if they'll be doing those mini's, too? I'm only really interested in textured jumbo...

this guy is going in at $119.00 + $55 a piece for shipping.

I believe this is a re-issue of the 04 piece.
And it has the cool textured style.
And it is about 2kg in weight.

Hung Hing said we can get them for about $30 ea. + ship if we can order 12 or more.They'd prefer if it was an order of 24.
24 come in a case.
I'm talking to: Toy tokyo, Image Anime, Mugen, + J&L trading to see if they can get in on the fun as well.
There is also another guy in the Chinatown underground mall (awesome if you have never been) who may be good for a couple.

Obviously shipping is going to be a I FART A LOT since these things are METAL and BIG.

I picked up one of the small versions a while back. Individually numbered, heavy and with lots of detail.

Don't worry, diceone dropped the ball on this and hasn't been heard from since. Luckily he screwed the pooch early enough to not get anyone's money.
