 Morris the Martian Killer
Heres my second attempt at sculpting. I got inspired one day from an old nursery rhyme. Can you guess which? Well any ways I'm going to be casting him in resin real soon and just want some feedback from you guys. Let me know what you think. Oh yeah, his axe is removable and so is his rocket missile. enjoy and thanks for looking. . Backstory You know that old story about the cow that jumped over the moon? I bet you that you never heard what happened after that. Meet Morris. He was just an average cow until one little trip over the moon changed his life completely. Not only did Morris jump over the moon, he continued his flight through space until he ended up on Jupiter. The landing wasn't rough, it was his path through the astroid belt that had him not feeling well. During his path through the astroid belt he stumbled upon cosmic dust that changed his appearance completely. He no longer had two eyes and brown spots. He was now green with one huge eye. Morris couldn't believe it. Two years later and still no way of getting back to Earth, Morris has been wandering from planet to planet fighting martians with only an axe and a rocket launching arm that he made from one of the retired satellites floating in space. Morris' journey continues.....please stay tuned.

It has potential. But why all neokaijus have only one eye lately ?

 Re: Morris the Martian Killer
Yea i went with the action pose only because he has no articulation. I thought it would give him life. I als forgot to mention he is about 3" in height.

 Re: Morris the Martian Killer
your sculpting is pretty solid dude, but I agree about the full on action pose, maybe alittle less actiony (is that a word?) and it seems unfinished in the feet and axe hand. But definitely has potential considering you seem to be pretty good at sculpting.

 Re: Morris the Martian Killer
I wouldn't say it's, "ugly as fuck," but it doesn't really do much for me.
It doesn't look enough like a cow to me to tie into your story and I don't know why it fights Martians. It doesn't really look like it has a skeleton...everythig just kind of mushes together...
I also agree that it looks too much like a munny.
