thats some good sculpting technique. the pants are very crisp. I don't really understand the character yet, does he have a backstory?

Thanks, I've been meaning to illustrate a short story for the character, but until then. He's an executioner, a sadistic, deformed killing machine with an axe for a hand. Employed by his king to kill the condemned prisoners. His grotesque deformed appearance just reflects what he does for a living. Like I said, there is a cloth hood, as traditional executioners were always hooded, I just took pictures with it off so you guys could see the head.

Pretty sweet. The only thing I'd change is the left arm. I don't mind the shriveled, deformed part. But I just wish it wasn't bent back like that. Can't wait to see the progress on the joints and some color shots.
