But Happy Mondays?
Oh man, I used to love them.

After years of Euro fest, this can't be beat!
Not into the headliners, luckilly, but Arctic Monkeys, Jarvis, Sonic Youth, We are scientists, Silversun Pickups, Arcade Fire, Travis, Kings of Leon, LCD, Blonde Readhead, PB and J, Fratellis, Cribs, Pop Levi, Air, Kaiser CHiefs, Placebo, Soulwax, Lily Allen, Kooks, CSS, Klaxons, Tapes n Tapes, Teddy Bears and Lupe are all calling my name.
Not an amazing line-up, but still pretty damn good for 3 days of fun and temps.
Carl, you are officially the ulitmate indie dude forever

"It's a Cold Night for Alligators" and "Bloody Hammer", I would be there just for those.

I can't believe I'm going to have to sit through all these shitty bands to see Willy Nelson.

I remember a few years back, when the pixies played, that it was hotter than norm at that time. I called up a friend who was in line waiting to get in and he said people were just passing out all over the place.
Hydrahead should just have a sidestage there for shits and giggles.

Hopefully none of the reuniting headliners will pull a "Cocteau Twins reunion" and cancel just days before the show. I think that band lost some of its ardent worshippers when their singer pulled that stunt a few years ago at Coachella.
Several of my co-workers are going this year (I'm in the music biz) ... I'm looking forward to hearing about who was great. I just saw that El-P is on the program. Cool ... creative underground Hip Hop isn't always well represented at these things. It'd be fun to see Ozomatli again too ... always an upbeat show.
I saw Jesus and Mary Chain many moons ago. They came onstage more than two hours late and played for fifteen minutes with their backs to the audience LOL. I suspect the Coachella crowd will receive better treatment.

I would love to see a Jesus and Mary Chain set will backs to the audience!!!
This usually means they play their early stuff from the first record in all fuzz and feedback glory!
I've seen them a handful of times but they've always faced me

The one time I saw them at the second Lollapalooza most ofthe band hid behind PA stacks and the singer crouched down in a corner behind the drum kit. Really amusing indeed.
