that you weren't given a sense of humor again this year? (just kidding, please don't go nuts)

I think that is the artist stamp (name) and maybe a date but I'm not sure.

WoodBlock prints rule.

Man over the net you really cant get to know a persons personality. In person I think I have a great sense of humor and I'm always laughing. Its just that I don't get some of the jokes here .... yuuuuuuuuup

I guess one day we will meet and you can decide for yourself.

But yeah this is my second woodblock print and love !!

I'm pretty sure that the makers mark. But I was curious what it translated to so I can look into it.

I have no information and can't be of any help -- But I have to say that if I ever saw that print, I would buy it in a heartbeat. Someone found out who did this!

Try searching for Uchida printers. The octagonal stamp appears to be their studio mark.

No idea on the top kanji.

Ah, ok. If that's his name, the top two kanji should be "Akitoyo."
