 safari/MAC users and hotmail has anybody with safari on MAC and a hotmail account had problems accessing their hotmail account over the past couple weeks???
it has been near to impossible for me to check my hotmail emails...frustrating to say the least!!!

It has been a little screwey but I haven't had any trouble getting into my account.

Every time I want to check my hotmail on Safari, I get stuck in a cycle and then it tells me I can't access..... I restart Safari and then I am able to access my Hotmail..... not a fix, but a way around........

Unfortunately, all sites / browsers aren't up to date. Sometimes the browsers the issue and other times the site is. One piece of the puzzle is smarter than the other.
Try another browser. Firefox will probably be your best bet.

Ever since Hotmail's 'Live' update was forced upon me, my email's been pretty wonky. But it's free, and I've had the account forevah, can't imagine I'll change any time soon.
Plus I like those creepy high-school crush stalker pop-ups.

i mainly try to use gmail when i can..

ok,,,sounds like i am not alone...
thanks for the gmail invites,,but i have had my hotmail for years (with lots of connections and accounts based through it)...along with my yahoo account...
the damn "live" updates thing on the hotmail just keeps looping...
i can access my hotmail fine through my PC at work...but this mac/safari blunder is no fun

Immediately upon them launching "Live" I couldn't log in through Safari at all. I contacted them and told them what was up and they were able to fix it. Been fairly smooth sailing since then - nothing weird in the past few weeks.
