My new Macbook Pro screen not so pro...
I bought a new Macbook Pro thinking I can use ONE machine to do all my work. I am loving Leopard.
However I noticed just now when I am on the forum, Josh's header rainbow colors are very dull. I checked the display setting and it is on Color LCD. I tried the others and it makes the artwork as it should be, but the whites of areas very blue.
Has anyone else noticed this difference? I have opened up Skullbrains on my cinema display and my Macbook Pro... there is a HUGE difference which I am not happy with...
I will be doing a lot of retouching and photoshop work.
EDIT: Does this mean I have to calibrate in photoshop rather than on the settings in "displays"?

I have one and there aren't any problems with the color. Maybe try turning up the brightness. Just a thought.

It's on full brightness now and it seems these new monitors default color profile settings from Apple are not that great. I did some research on google and it seems like the new LCD screens make the colors all desaturated. There are a few people uploading their ".icc" calibrated files and I am using it. It's not perfect but its a lot better than before.
You might not notice it until you compare it with the cinema displays. It's a huge difference.
