I can totally appreciate the frustration but gotta say ... the apology really does sound sincere, and there's no such thing as a perfect company where everything always goes correctly, no matter how generally professional and sharp the personnel are. You know how slick and perfect Apple Computer's public image is, for example? You should hear some of the stories from people who work there. Like, chaos and madness behind the shiny facade.
"Forgive and forget" probably is the healthiest attitude. Sorry man, you didn't deserve the loss, but there's nothing to be done about it.
I was'nt actually looking for perfection Dean---just a little surprised to find out that my hopes as a collector are laid on the hands of someone who has a little experience on handling things, thats all. I know you guys get it---couldn't sleep the day before the auction ends, how to finance the bucks that will go into this, super anxious, hours, minutes before the final countdown only to be left in desperation, only to find out in the end that a noobie bidding account handler bungled something really important for me....
Its nice to know that so many guys here doesn't have any bad experience like mine.....and that this is an isolated situation, thats why I in the process of getting a gold celga account now for myself, to test it further(as if I have other options. the fact is I don't).
I guess I am going for forgive and forget....
