Don't mean to hijack your thread by showing off my ride, but I just get REALLY excited when it comes to scooter talk. You're gonna love the Vespa. I rode a Lambretta before I got the one in the pic, and there's nothing like an Italian bike. I do all my own maintenance so feel free to ask if you have any scooter questions. I actually know a smidge about repairs. What's the engine size? Is it a 2-stroke oil injected or 4 stroke? Again, congrats!

PaulieV: Thanks for the scooter love! I'm certain I'll be PMing you before long for advice. Yes this is my 1st scoot. I had to sell my beloved '84 Honda ATV 110 3-wheeler recently,(bought brand new when I was 6 years old) because we no longer have a decent chunk of property to ride on. So this is a grownup homage to my little red Honda...still out there running somewhere. This model is an LX 150, so it will actually move my fat arse.
