Dead Space came out for the PS3 and Xbox360. I picked up the PS3 because my Xbox360 got the rings of death. Down with Microsoft!! Brilliant Game so far.. Very gory and fast becoming one of my favorite survival horror next to RE4. Anyone else get it?

In my anticipation of Fable 2 and GOW2, I totally forgot about this game. Might have to grab it tomorrow, looks incredible and has been getting glowing reviews.

I have been playing with the lights out till 1:00 am it does give you the creeps a little...(Great sound effects-a lot of Splatting) If you like John Carpenter's The Thing.. You'll like this. No game has done that to me since RE4 and now cannot wait till RE5

RE5 should be great.

They will fix that for free if it's part of the old overheating problem. (Or at least they did a year or so ago.)

Did you guys grab the Obsidian Suit? Don't bother with the Scorpion.

One of my 360's has the rings of death because I hacked the firmware back in the day. So Microsoft hates my 360. I ponied up some dough later and bought a Halo 3 edition.

Bought Dead Space two days ago and started playing it late at night. The creepy factor was definitely there. Awesome game and great concept. I especially like the weapons.

I plan on picking this game up soon. I'm also looking forward to Left 4 Dead.

Not playing COD demo but I did download Tom Clancy's End of War demo. The voice recognition feature is pretty cool. I'll have to download COD next.

Dead Space is amazing! Stayed up way too late last night playing it and will probably finish it tonight.

Funny thing is, I bought this because I finished Silent Hill Homecoming & it's 5 endings faster than anticipated. Dead Space is fulfilling my need for Halloween horror much more than SH:H did. So glad I picked this up now.

I heard the new Silent Hill game is kinda weak. I have Dead S[ace on my birthday 'wants' list so my family will kill me if I go buy it now...I can hardly wait..

I'll have to ship my Xbox360 to Microsoft one of these days. Just don't want to spend the extra money on it now. Although I've heard they have an exclusive Zombie game in the works.

Hey all you guys who are almost finished... how the hell do you get through the med lab. I keep getting killed off by the Big Boss and the minions. Thanks for the heads up on the scorpion suit. I was going to buy it just to get through the Med Lab

Silent Hill H is weaker than most in the series. It just wasn't creepy enough. My order of preference is: Silent Hill 1, 2, 3, Origins, Homecoming, and a distant last-The Room.

Just to keep on topic, I just finished Chapter 10 on dead Space and decided to save the last few chapters for later. It is such a fun and creepy game. Again, am so glad to play this game leading up to Halloween! I haven't been this pleased with a game purchase since MGS4.

I'm on my 2nd playthrough. I knocked out Easy to get used to controls and the layout of the game and now playing on Hard...then gonna go back and play on Medium. I might do the weapon trophies if I feel like it. For now, it's just all Plasma Cutter
Not sure how it is on XBLive but PSN has the Obsidian Suit for FREE...but I think it is for a limited time. Grab it and don't bother with the Scorpion Suit.

For the med-lab...if it is the big bad guy that I'm thinking of (the one that you can't kill)...you have to slow him down and then take out the minions. Adds first
