Okinawa residents have the longest lifespans of all humans on the planet.

Could this be one of the many reasons why... :?:

If I were to go there, would I allowed to bring it back home? or would it be seized by customs

I once drank some stuff like that and immediately got red splotches all over my face...the health department made the restaurant stop serving it...I'm jealous of that!

I know you are joking, but I think if you drank the bottle by yourself you might eat the damn thing.

A friend of mine imported this drink from Japan, but I cannot remember what it's called. Anyway, it was so repugnant and insanely strong that the cap also served as a funnel and you sort of plugged your nose, took a deep breath and then poured the shot into the funnel and down your gullet. I wish I could remember what that stuff was!

If it tastes half as bad as it looks, it must be horrible!

I'd kind of like to see a "vintage" bottle---my guess is that even though the snake is preserved by the alcohol, that it would still break down over a long period of time, leaving bits of tissue floating around like gold flecks in Goldschlager. yummy yummy!
