lol'd.....I think my favorite mind cleanser is a walk in the woods with my daughter...she's 6 and is very inquisitive about nature. Luckily there's an awesome national park 10 minutes from my house with tons of trails.
In moments of extreme duress I like to sit down and shine my boots...just like my days at Ft. Benning....without the ammo can/seat though....
