Long range weapon - Batarang vs Lazer blaster. Edge Bobba Fett
Specialty weapon- grappling hook vs rocket pack. Edge Bobba Fett
Armor- tevlar body suit vs Mandalorian armor. Edge Bobba Fett
Close combat- extensive martial arts schooling vs I know some shit man. Edge Batman
Winner- Batman, it always come down to the close combat, always.
?? I don't know enough about either to know if that's 100% accurate. But need to run that shit through the special software combat stimulator.

But Bats is such an awesome genius he can probably "crack" it all like nothing. I'm just basing my choice on who's fought/won against who. Batman has taken down plenty of dudes with insane armor and tech beyond his own. Fett got knocked over (with a jet pack too, run out of gas or something?) by a blind bandit.
