 RIP Matt Tavares Matt was a board member here. I met & hung out with him several times when I used to live in LA. Can't recall his screen name or if he was an original LASKer but he was a cool dude & he had good taste in toys. I just read on FB that he passed away yesterday. Figured some of you may remember him & would want to know. PM me if you find this posting is in poor taste & I'll take it down.

Re: RIP Matt Tavares Yeah Lixx, someone PM'd me w a link to a thread where people were calling him out for some shady dealings. I never knew about any of that until yesterday. I can at least say he was a nice guy the few times I met him years ago. People change I guess.

Re: RIP Matt Tavares He was a good guy. Never had a problem with him and he always sent me anything I purchased. Still, a person's death is not the time to celebrate their toy sales or toy mishaps. I'm sorry he has passed early in life from this world.
