In the comic, she clashes with warg riders on the open road instead of the Saviors, & defeats them by raining shadow daggers instead of her machine gun arm.

Finally makes sense. Really would rather the show now follow Negan instead of how Rick and gang find their way out of this one though.

Yeah that whole plot sequence of how they were eventually cornered in the woods has to be one of the dumbest in the history of the show. Where as before they kill Saviours by the truck load suddenly about 10 appearing in the road is an issue for Rick & Co. What was all the build up of making them seem hardened and Alexandrians finally getting it and able to kill? To wuss out in the big moments to serve the plot moving forward? WD writers consistently back track established plot line/character building they did to serve the 'big epic' moments of the show but even these moments are poorly written. Also if defending Alexandria was the main objective why does everyone keep fucking leaving to do their individual 'thang'? Seems this group would be better off going their separate ways.

I fucking hate everyone on this show- I hate watch to see deaths and it's been light on those this season. I almost wish they'd invent Gimple as a red shirt character where he tries to write his way out of a situation and it eaten or murdered in the worst of ways lol.

Yeah every single time they got roadblocked I kept thinking okay now pull out the rocket launcher and throw some grenades but they never did. The big plan was to carry Maggie on foot. The fuck? Once they saw the second or even the third roadblock wouldn't they assume the other camp with the doc they were trying to get to would have been compromised by now? A dozen people with spears and no ammo could somehow hold off the evil massive biker army of doom so we have to get there to save Maggie! Yeah sure.

A LOT of negativity and complaining here as of late. don't get me wrong i find frustrating points with the show at time too but i will say i was on the edge of my seat the whole last 10 mins of the show. to all the haters can i ask while you devote the hour of time you could be doing something "enjoyable" to watching the fuckin show if you hate everything about it so much? i mean holy fuckin shit people!?

It's just the time we live in really man. I just expect more based off the source material and there was potential before they offed Darabont. AMC went cheap (the group constantly is stuck somewhere), gimmicky (cliff hangers/fake out deaths), and piss poor writing/directing (Gimple/who lets Nicotero direct?) that constantly makes them have dumb moments after establishing (and reinforcing through much lame dialogue) that they 'know' how to handle a situation.

Besides I ain't livin' unless I'm fighting something that I don't like.

EDIT: Oh and to make it worse didn't AMC promise through the Flight 462 mini series that it would reveal a survivor that will be in season 2 of FOTWD? That did NOT happen either they just lamed out and showed the passengers preparing for a crash while they cut back to footage of Nick looking at the plane from the ground from one of the season 1 episodes. WTF? AMC promises but rarely delivers! The only fucking thing they care about is hyping a big payoff and then leaving with a cliff hanger so you've watched it and are left with blue balls.

Almost every person "complaining" here also talks about the things they enjoyed about each episode. The fact it's a show based entirely on a comic a lot of us have been reading for over 13 fucking years gives us something to directly compare to what happens on the screen every week. So we discuss and enjoy and dislike it all together.

Which honestly is infinitely more interesting then coming here just to cheer lead the damn show and give no worthy opinion at all to anyone. I enjoy discussing the show with a few of these people just as much watching it.

More than I want to know who got the bat, I want to know how the nerds on horseback/in hockey pads have been able to survive zombies/Negan.

So do we think that flight 462 goes down by the beach somewhere? That's what I'm guessing, as the trailers for the next season show a lot of walkers on the beach, with lots of luggage spread out all over the place.

I was really hoping that FTWD would maybe give a little more insight into what's causing the problem, but it looks as though it's gonna just turn into WD, just in a different state. Here's to hoping, anyway.

In regard to the WD season finale though, I wasn't too impressed, although I did like the final appearance of Negan, and how disturbingly calm and matter-of-fact he is about everything. Rick seemed to degenerate into Prison era Crazy Rick again, or he's just realized that he's fucked up big time.

I'm also intrigued as to who the hockey-gear-wearing horse back riders are too. And is this the end of Carol? will she survive? (I stopped reading the comic about a year after it started, so I've no idea).

I think it would've been neat to at least gotten 1/2 of an episode this season where it shows how Negan and his crew originated.

do we have to see hundreds of bullets being aimed at the groups 'feet', and nobody gets hit at all?

I thought Negan was fine. He just seems full of confidence and cocky as you would be if you were
in such total command of so many armed people. Kinda relaxed and enjoying himself too much . . .

I dont understand why people were surprised by the lame ending to this season, WD has always been
a mixed bag. Some episodes are really cool but plenty are really shite. Reminds me of 'Lost'.

^ It took Lost a lot longer to lose it, for what that's worth. That said, I doubt I'll be taking either series for a second spin in years to come.

The hilltop is not "comprismised" they work with negan, thats the entire point of rick stepping in to try and get rid of him. The guys on horseback represemt the Kingdom and are from another community that works/trades with neegan.

Never once in the history of TWD have they explained how a rival group was started. Not even in the comics.

Also the saviors are no where near as large or strong in the comics, theyve made them far more of a threat for the show.

i also am sure theres some post on the web with process of elimination... i swear i recall negan telling noone to move or else... and doing so he looks left and right... so at the bare minimum you have to cancel out furthest to the left and right. Eugene and glenn are safe for sure. lol cut the boys other eye out and feed it to his father... carl and rick are good too...

I think u can rule out all the women. Negan isnt a monster. My guess is abraham. Some youtuber isolated the audio from the pov and supposedly u can hear glenn and or maggies voice. But after the fake out glenn death earlier this season.... Im doubtful
