Ill take some tonight, It's sitting in two EMS boxes so I can look at them wondering if what's inside is better then the scotch, coke and hookers I could have spent it on.

that's funny, I hardly spend anything on toys, but live vicariously through other members who do. I guess that's why I'm more addicted to this forum than the actual toys themselves. Seriously, everyone that I do paintings for has been extremely generous in providing my vynil fix as well as keeping me busy painting things I love.

I was really good and didnrt buy much for most of '06, but lately I have been indulging. 2005 I dropped maybe 20 grand on toys and art. Luckily, due to the nature of my business, its all tax deductible so its not a total loss.
Sometimes though I kinda wish I could sell it all in one big blowout, all 3000 +friggin toys, and forget they ever existed...but my girlfriend would never let me do it.
MY biggest problem is I have unlimited space, so its too easy to justify aniother showcase etc etc.

sometimes I look at all the toys and think 'I am insane', but then I justify it by thinking I could sell them if I really had to and at least I am not spending 100 bucks a day on dope like a lot of people I have known. I laso try to spend as much money on 'real stuff' -cars, savings, furniture etc as I do on toys, but yes I sometimes just feel like I am out of my mind.
anyone want to buy like 800 bearbricks?
LOL

Anyone who is a 'serious' collector should Incorporate and buy and sell, that way all purchases are tax deductible and all you have to worry about is tax on your 'inventory'. You can also write off buying trips, display cases ,a vehicle etc etc etc.
I have 2 companies, one is a 'Design Business' and the other is an 'Import/Export' business, its a lot of paperwork but my tax rate averages less than 2% a year as opposed to like 30% a year if I was set up as 'citizen'.
You also get to buy wholesale on alot of stuff. Well worth the hassle.

Hopefully, after the new GID ones that will be it.
2 new J vinyls are currently in production-the Usagi and an Ika-based 'salariman' figure

That career doesn't have anything to do with having to wear an "ankle bracelet"?

I have been checking out the beta for Lightroom, pretty cool! I wish Adobe put out cool t shirts for their products. I would love a cool photoshop shirt. Back in the day it was a pain to get an Adobe shirt, I picked up one at the NAMM show a couple of years ago.

Please have them bring back the old icons for photoshop and illustrator!!! I hate the flowery little new icons that don't mean anything.
