thanks! and its good to see you are still amongst the skullbrain world too man. it actually was when I caught wind of the latest greatness of the super7 motu sdcc stuff that I found myself crawling back here. 2 of my favorite things collided into one, how could I not be stoked?! the last couple years have been pretty much filling in those wholes in the remco and sungold collection. slow paced, but still pretty steady. once I get around to getting stuff dusted off and with more of a focused display I will be sure to get some pics. :D thanks for the welcome back UK!

Found these two Kenner figures at a boot-sale. Both £1 each. The 'Scorpion' Alien has lost the tip
of its tail but i'm not too bothered at that price. There is a button on its back that you can push and
it 'explodes'. Fun stuff.

^^ Yeah, the 'Power Gear' stuff is always good. That one isn't very loud but it vibrates and the lights roll forward in a pleasing manner.
If you turn the orange dial at the back the lights speed up or slow down . . . .

Old plastic figure from Italy made by 'Depose'.
50p at a boot-sale. I think these were usually set on a wooden base.

Anyone know off-hand what time-period, uniform, nationality etc?

Always a great thread to come to thanks to you Moog! I especially love the Alien and T2 figures. Perfect garage sale finds to rescue out of those forgotten toyboxes.

I forgot I'd said I'd post pictures of our garage sale! As forecast, it made me hate the human race. I also sold a grand total of four toys (two bearbricks, two LEGO, all to a friend who dropped by).

We did sell a lot of the kid stuff though. Ah well.

That is such a fantastic table Oli!!! I can't believe all the goodies. yeah, the garage sale crowd is obviously going to be different, but I am truly surprised you weren't able to sell more stuff. Seems like even just for kids that stuff would fly out of the yard. Heck, even I didn't recognise the toys (and there are a lot that I don't) stumbling across a pile of goodies like that would have me drooling. The only pain would be what to limit myself to! :P

Thanks for sharing the pics.

I kind of aimed my sale at myself fifteen years ago. I would have gone mad: Japanese noise zines, cool music, sci-fi books, toys... Location, I guess? Ottawa has got "Geek Garage Sales" happening every week or two where anyone can join at no cost (if the organizer approves). I'm planning on going to one soon, will try and post pics again.

This is all still for sale, obviously. :) (along with Miniverse pink Le Merde complete resin series which is off shot).
