Learn the Google.
Just type "1000toys"

Gonna be a downer, but not thrilled with much of anything except a couple selects.
Seems its turning more into movie con too.
And the lines? Fuck that shit...

The Kiyoka one off and Pocket Ooze belongs to the lady, and the Screw Biter came in the mail from Mandarake. The rest is of my wallet's destruction at SDCC.

All those mixed bats are great. The whole haul is excellent.

I'm glad you got such a good mix there, Dago. Grats!

A mixed bat is something one can only dream of. ;9

Its always fun meeting other collectors and artist. But two days, actually more like one full day is all my anxiety can handle. The place was a mad house and preview night was insane. In the end I was thankful I was able to go and hang with lulubell.
Here is some of the scores:
ImageSome of my #sdcc scores from yesterday..and #kidtoxic in mixed vinyl by Blurbleone, on Flickr

ImageMy #sdcc scores the new amazing pug toy from #Lulubell and the awesome toy from @retroband by Blurbleone, on Flickr

And the best part was the surprise from Luke! My first vinyl toy Kid Toxic!

Post Re: SDCC 2014
This year was not a year we were looking forward to. Getting tickets was a pain in the ass. Due to the amount of attendees we did not get preview night. Securing parking became just as bad as securing tickets and the price gouging continues all the way to our hotel. The hotel we frequent and is away from downtown raised their prices to basically match downtown prices.

So we were not in a good mood on our way down there.

Due to Hall H becoming more ridiculous every year, everyone who was not headed to Hall H was lumped into a line that stretched quite a bit. We got in the everything but hall h line at 6:30 - 7:00 AM on Thursday. By the time we got into position to go to exhibit hall we might as well just arrived at 8 AM or later. We were further than we have ever been. =(

The weather was another factor. We thought we were escaping the hot valley but we ended up broiling in a very humid SD. Sweating like crazy. As my cousin said, it was just human juice everywhere. LOL

I didn't see what Gargamel had at preview night but possibly because of their studio move there were not a lot of variety that was offered. Which sucks as I was looking forward to their toys. Guts is getting old. I wish to see solid pieces again. I was lucky enough to be shown three new micros for the future. It was great I am very excited. I could not take a pic as Kiyoka asked us not to. Look forward to that!

We started to enjoy ourselves on the PK Gunzo event. Except for that trek uphill which really got the best of me. That was the highlight of our con. Saturday rolls in and we just took our time and enjoyed the con for what it is.

Hall H has to be a ticketed paid event at this point. The lengths that attendees have to go through to attend Hall H is really now unacceptable. It's not even something Nate and I can consider as it eats up a lot of your time.

This year we noticed a lot of people with no badges hanging outside of the con. The space is not getting any bigger and attendance is rising. So who knows what SDCC 2015 is going to look like...

I didn't buy any toys at the con this year. All my money was spent on prints for my babies room. I had a great time just hanging out with friends though. That's all I look forward to during sdcc.

Congrats on the two awesome killers you picked up this year! The green pocket killer is one of my favorites ever, and your full size is a stunner! Unfortunately I arrived too late to see them in person, but your photos testify to how bwana rocked it!

At least that's one piece of good news to come out of this year's SDCC amongst all of the doom & gloom :)

I'd love to see those pics, where are they posted? That green pocket killer looked amazing from the pics I saw and I'm not sure I saw any of the full size.

Thanks Michael! Unfortunately, my compact camera broke right at the hotel. T___T So I was unable to take pics at SDCC except on my camera phone.

I'll post better pics once I set up my old DSLR. Kirkland at ToybotStudios took pics of Bwana's booth I think on preview night. It shows two more full size killers I have never seen and the front of the red pocket. I wish whoever bought the red pocket killer would show how the back looks.

Thank you for the quick response to the question, James! I barely saw it right now! This Shub is definitely my favorite that's been released so far!

Edit: Already a mixed Mockbat being flipped. Sooner than I thought.
