Any idea on what a fair price is for this figure? I've got an offer of 50 bucks, but I dont know if it has the card/header.

no idea but i'd buy it for $50

It never came with a header card or seperate plastic bag. It was part of a 5 piece lucky bag set all of which came in, well, a lucky bag (i.e. a large paper bag with handles like a shopping bag). You can probably find a picture of the bag at www.clubtokyo.org as well as the rest of the figures in the set (all Toho Kaiju).

50 bones isn't a bad price but I think the average price for this is around $30 - $40. (I know someone who just got one on ebay for $28.00).
