Was it called spackle or scrapple? I know scrapple is a PA thing (Pennsylvania Dutch).

It's made with pork and shaped like a patty? If so then you had a mixture of flour, cornmeal, spices and pork (left over parts....liver, heart, brain, and various odds and ends) - minced and formed into a loaf which is cut up and fried....yummy - I have yet to see it served out here

Mason (who posts here) owns a store in Old City and he has some Gargamel toys for sale there. That's about it though. You have to go to NYC or CA.

:) We are pure internet out here.
